  • How many guests do your event space hold?

Our private event space holds up to 45 people, with an option to reserve the entire upstairs dining room for a larger event.

  • How long do I have my rental?

Three hours, including setup/take down

If you need longer, each additional hour is $100

  • What is the payment policy?

We ask you to pay the deposit when booking, to reserve your date. Final payment is due 7 business days from your event.

The deposit will be deducted from your final bill and shown on the invoice.

  • When do you need the final guest count and menu? 

2 weeks before your event date.

  • Can we bring in our own food or beverages?

All food and beverages must be bought and prepared through Atwater's. The only exception is specialty desserts that Atwater’s can’t provide. If you’d like to bring in a dessert, there is a $3 fee per person.

  • What do you do with leftover food?

We will package up any/all food you would like to take with you.

  • Do you offer sit-down meals?

Yes, we offer customized 3-course meals as well as family-style meals. Please inquire via email natasha.atwater@atwatersfood.com

  • Do you have gluten-free options/can you accommodate my food allergy?

Yes, our sandwiches can be made with our gluten-free bread and we will happily accommodate any allergies we are notified of!
