our cheeses

Morrell Moon

Our Morrell Moon is a semi-hard cheese with a creamy texture made in the Gouda style. Named after Morrell Park, a neighborhood in southwest Baltimore where our urban creamery is located This cheese is delicious on its own and melts beautifully when made into a sauce.

Queso de Freir

Our halloumi-style “frying cheese”. Queso de Freir is a low-carb, high-protein cheese that is great for frying to a quick sear and adding to sandwiches, salads, pasta, or just eating on its own. An easy way to make delicious vegetarian meals or to curb those mozzarella stick cravings.

National Pike

A hard, cheddar style cheese aged for over 8 months. When it’s time to make cheese, Ned takes the Old National Pike from Catonsville all the way up to Palmyra Farm in Hagerstown, MD. It’s our rich history in Maryland that sparks our love for traditional food.

Rocky Spring

Made in the Camembert style, Rocky Spring is a soft-ripened, bloomy rind cheese with a gooey inside. Its name comes from the spring that runs through Palmyra Farm. Taste tradition in its deep, earthy flavor.

Rotating Beer/Wine Brined Cheese

We’re partnering with several local breweries/wineries throughout Maryland to finish our classic Morrell Moon cheese in a brine using local beer/wine. These limited-edition cheeses will rotate continually throughout the year, providing different and unique flavors with each finish.

Ayrshire Feta

This cheese takes its name from the cows that roam the hills of Palmyra Farm. Its slightly salty and tangy flavor make for a delectable addition to your favorite salad.

Whipped Feta

Our Ayrshire Feta whipped and blended with Greek yogurt, roasted garlic, thyme, rosemary, and red pepper. Creating a savory and easily spreadable cheese perfect for adding on our local rye crackers or our 7-grain and flax toast.

Marinated Feta

Our Ayrshire Feta marinated in an extra virgin olive oil blend with garlic, Fresno peppers, and herbs grown on our Big Kitchen Farm in Baltimore.
